I build private world models, so every agent you run already knows how your company works.

- cofounded with Zach, who I have been building with since 2020
- connected agents across Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor

- writing here once a month about world models
Turning StremAI from shared memory between agents into a private world model: one structured picture of a company's work that every agent it runs can read and write.
Most of this month has gone into recall quality. The latency is too high. Too much of what comes back is low-confidence. The relationship graph is not pulling its weight yet. None of it is interesting. All of it has to be right before anything else matters.
StremAI
A private world model for your company’s work. Every agent you connect reads from it and writes back to it.
Zach and I started it narrower: shared memory between coding agents, so Codex would not re-learn what Claude Code had already worked out. Then people started using it for things we had not built it for. Team conventions. Decisions that were made and never written down. Why something was tried and dropped. Remembering a conversation turned out to be the small version of the problem. The real one is getting an agent to understand a company.
Shipped: MCP server and REST API · Python and TypeScript SDKs · hosted and local modes · provenance, verification, audit · team permissions · export and erasure
